College Introduction

Dr. Arvind Dixit, founder of Sri Ramnarayan Dixit Degree College, Sri Vijayanagar, run by Sri Dixit Mahavidyalaya Sansthan, came to Sri Vijayanagar for the first time on January 3, 1998 and started teaching in private schools. Despite being the tehsil headquarters, there was lack of higher education in Sri Vijayanagar, due to which students had to go abroad for higher education. This thing went home in the mind of Dr. Arvind Dixit and the concept of providing higher education to the students of this place became strong in his mind.
On June 30, 2001, in the name of Shree Dixit Mahavidyalaya Shikshan Kendra, an educational center was started for the students of higher education, which continued to decide the steps of progress. Then on January 18, 2008, this institute was registered as Shree Dixit Mahavidyalaya Sansthan. After this, due to odd circumstances, in 2010, Shri Ramnarayan Dixit Degree College received the No Objection Certificate from the State Government. After this, affiliation was received from Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner in 2010 itself. Since then, the college has fixed the steps of continuous progress and in 2016, the college obtained permanent no-objection certificate from the state government. Along with this, the college also obtained the No Objection Certificate for Post Graduation in Geography. ate
the year 2016 itself, the college was upgraded to Post Graduate by Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner.
Presently Shri Ram Narayan Dixit Degree Post Graduate College has examination center for its own students as well as examination center for regular and self-study and other colleges of the area and B.Ed examination center is also near this college. Every year around 2000 students appear in this college.
The college always strives for the all round development of the students. With the co-operation of Vijayanagar area residents, the college is progressively setting the steps for progress. The college expresses its heartfelt gratitude to the people of Vijayanagar area.
Code of Conduct And Discipline
Some rules have been made by the college administration to maintain discipline. Compliance of which is mandatory for every student.
1. The first goal of the college is to maintain discipline and academic atmosphere in the college. If any student falls in the category of indiscipline, then the college principal has the right to punish him according to the rules of the state government.
2. Every student will keep the college identity card in its prescribed position in the college premises. In the absence of identity card, entry in the college premises will be prohibited. If the identity card is lost then Rs.50/- for the first time. 100/- after that Rs. A new identity card can be obtained by giving.
3. Various information related to the activities of the college are posted on the notice board. Every student should see the notice board regularly. No personal information to any student Will be given.
4. If there are less than the prescribed number of students in any course / subject, that course / subject will not be conducted by the college.
5. The entry of outside elements in the college is completely prohibited. Use of mobile and consumption of intoxicants is prohibited in the premises.
6. If there is not 75 percent attendance in the class of each subject, as per the rules of the college.
Fine will have to be paid and he can be debarred from the university examination.
7. Use the equipment of the college laboratory carefully. In case of breakage, it will be the student’s own responsibility and will have to pay the compensation.
8. Ragging is a legal offense as directed by the Supreme Court of India. If any student is involved in ragging activities then he/she can be suspended from the college.
9. In case of any dispute, the Jurisdiction will be Sri Vijayanagar.
10. The student will have to appear in the internal assessment examination conducted by the college from time to time and Pre-University examination will have to be given otherwise fine will have to be paid as per college rules.
11. If a student leaves the college in the middle of the session due to any reason, he/she will have to deposit the college fee for the entire session.
Note: Fee once deposited will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Admission Rules
Application form for admission can be obtained from the office by paying Rs.300 in cash.
- Fill the Admission Application Form in your own handwriting. In case of any kind of problem, the help of the college office can be taken.
- Write the same name in the application form as it appears in your previous class mark sheet.
- Fill the address and contact telephone number carefully in the application form. If there is a change in it, inform the college about it.
- Submit the application form in the college by the prescribed date, after that the application form will not be accepted.
- After depositing any kind of fee in the college, must take its receipt and keep it safe throughout the session.
- Admission related eligibility and other rules will be as per the provisions of the admission policy issued by the State Government Higher Education Department.
- Until the transfer certificate and migration certificate are submitted to the college, the admission will be provisional.
- Admission of any student is not his right. The college administration can refuse admission to any student without assigning any reason.
- Incomplete application forms will not be accepted.

Library
Note :-
Serial no. Students coming from classes 1 to 6 can take one book for 6 days in addition to text books.
Serial no. 7 is available to those students who are against serial no. 1 to 6 doesn’t come.
At the end of the session, 20 percent of the security amount is returned after deducting the library development fee. Students will have to submit all the books within 15 days before the final examination. In case of delay, the prescribed late fee will have to be paid.
Library Fee :-
1500/- Rs. Will be payable per student. On depositing the books at the end of the year, the remaining fee will be returned after deducting 20 percent.

- Girl students B.A. 1000/- in the first, second, third year and Rs. Discount will be given.
- The students who do B.A. First year and B.A. 500/- to those who do not deposit the second year education fee in one instalment. Will have to give more. B. A. No additional fee will be charged for depositing the third year tuition fee in two instalments.
- If a student cancels his admission till the second day of taking admission in the college, then the balance fee will be refunded after deducting the prospectus/admission fee. After this no fee will be refunded.
- After receiving the prospectus from the college, the students cannot return it. Note:- The students who are pursuing B.Com in 2022-23. A. Those studying in second or third year, there will be no increase in their predetermined education fee.
